Nick Prefontaine is an Amazon Best Selling author of The New Rules of Real Estate. He is also the co-host of the "Not Just a Transaction" podcast. "Not Just a Transaction" is a podcast that explores the many creative options available for buying or selling a home. Nick and their family team had helped hundreds of people buy and sell even when they thought it wasn't possible.

Nick Prefontaine grew up in real estate and started at an early age. He was knocking on Pre-Forclosure doors at 16, doing 50 doors a day. These were people who didn't pay their mortgages. This experience helped shape Nick's real estate career.

Now, Nick specializes in working with buyers to get them into a home and on the path to home ownership.
