Kris Morin brings 12 years of real estate investing experience and has participated in more than 100 transactions in various roles, including buyer, limited partner, and coach to new investors. Once a struggling teacher, Kris is now an accredited investor, owns a multimillion-dollar portfolio, and is now buying apartment complexes in the Southeast and Midwest. 

During his journey, Kris even started a Ferrari wholesale business. Kris also balances investing with working full-time as Director of Strategy for a Fortune 150 company in Connecticut.
