Welcome To The Real Estate Underground Show #25!

Brandon Rush has been a real estate investor since 2020. For the past 13 years, he has worked in the information technology industry, specifically K-12 and Higher Education. Brandon left his IT career to pursue a new life as a real estate agent and investor.

In 2019 while on a flight to Peru, Brandon read the book “The Magnolia Story” by Chip and Joanna Gaines. In the book, Chip was acquiring houses on the same street for little to no money down. At this moment, Brandon decided real estate would be his way to escape the rat race and create a future he could control. 

Brandon hosts the Network Education Invest (NEI) Real Estate Investor Meetup in Central Connecticut. He is also a member of a real estate mastermind community which he credits with many of his successes so far. While not working on real estate, Brandon enjoys traveling the world with his wife, mountain/road biking, and visiting wineries.
